Dr Kapila is an IBD Clinical Research Fellow at St Mark’s Hospital and a Gastroenterology Registrar in the North-West London deanery. Her translational research at the Institute of Cancer Research focuses on evaluating biomarker-based approaches to improve colorectal cancer risk stratification and clinical care in IBD, alongside work exploring patient perspectives and implementation in practice.
