This course will guide you through the essentials of colorectal genomic testing, from understanding IHC, MSI and methylation to applying this knowledge confidently in clinic. Using real clinical scenarios, we’ll cover offering R210/R211 testing, taking and interpreting an effective family history, and managing results discussions with patients.

  • Presenting cases at MDT
  • Interpreting complex or uncertain results – does negative really mean negative?
  • Lynch syndrome, including BCSP links and the latest management updates
  • Assessing polyps: sporadic versus syndromic and appropriate next steps
